I acknowledge and agree that: (a) payouts follow the 80/20 payment process — 80% of my eligible net revenue is paid weekly every Monday, and the remaining 20% is held in reserve for 90 days from each sale date before being released into the scheduled payout cycle; and (b) a 5% management fee is deducted from the top of every sale before my net revenue is calculated. I understand these terms are a condition of selling on this platform.
