The Commerce Clause was designed to eliminate an intense rivalry between those states that had tremendous commercial advantage as a result of their proximity to a major harbor, and those states that were not near a harbor. That disparity was the source of constant economic battles between the states. The exercise by Congress of its regulatory power has increased steadily with the growth and expansion of industry and means of transportation.

I have several websites that receive a lot of traffic everyday, but I’m trying to make it more interactive and fun for my visitors, so I was hoping to set up a ‘Earn Points’ system for my site and at a certain point they can exchange those points for small prizes. Like free ad space on the front page, or something else like that.

For example they would earn 100 points for joining the site. They would earn 1 point for longing in each day. They would earn multiple points for checking out photos or playing video clips. Things of that nature. So I was wondering how I would set something like that up.

Also I’m looking for an option to reward and delete points as well.

So that’s about it. Any help would be great. Oh and I’m not a programmer and I’m using ‘WEBS’. \

They’re annoying as f*ck. My cousin dumped me with three of his tots today when he had to take care of some felony-related errand, and it was the worst two hours of my life. They nail you in the nuts with baseball bats, smack you in the face with frying pans and attempt to carry out the most violent endevaours they saw on Tom and Jerry, which happens to be the most deliciously violent show I’ve ever seen. You even try to spark up some form of conversation with them, but your memory is too gone from all the drugs and cheap booze to remember what the hell you ever did back when you were a kid. They’re noisy, small, smell like sh*t and can’t handle a drink – they’re like old guys without the made up war stories or the "back in my day" rhetoric. I’m against the idea of marriage, and seeing these fruit of loins from hell gave me all the more reason. If you’re willing to exchange sleepless nights and 18 years of misery and financial drain for the fact that "they’re cute", then maybe you should come to terms with the fact that you’re an idiot and it is you and you alone who is responsible for overpopulation, traffic jams and lack of available parking spaces. My brother’s ex got an abortion and she hasn’t regretted that decision to this day, and now not only do I support her, I salute her and think of that great female whenever I see a free parking space or a road that isn’t jammed with cars with f*cking BABY ON BOARD bumper stickers. Kids, just like the rest of humankind, are idiots.

please do not think this is all kids..and dude…if you really want nothing to do with kids, man..you have to go live on a deserted island. Parents went through all the hardship so you could have a doctor when you are ill…do your part or get off the pot! Seriously..do not let kids hit you. Tell them NO!!!. it is certainly your right to not procreate, and I applaud this choice…but give the rest of us a break. You are talking about our children. if you see my totally hot 22 year old, you have no right to even look at her if you truly feel this way, but somehow, I think you would change your mind quickly if you saw her, And she didn’t get here via no stork, or have a nanny, let me tell you. Traffic exchanges used to be a hot buzz word when it came to search engine optimization but not the entire concept is out of style. These were sites that used guarantee a certain number of visitors to your blog or web page. Usually they will guarantee a number in the hundreds or the thousands. There are both free traffic exchanges and one that you pay for on a sliding scale. The idea is that you buy this lump of visitors to your site in a package that is priced accordingly ($10,000 visitors for $40 for example). Most of these companies also guarantee a viewing of your site for free.

These sounds like a deal but of course there is a hitch. For each visitor that views your blog you have to view someone else’s blog in the same way.

Here is how the free version of this works — When you register your blog on a traffic exchange, you will be asked to create an account and be given a code. Each time you visit someone else’s blog, you earn credits to your account. A timer measures the twenty or thirty seconds that you must remain looking at the other blog. After times up you enter a code that moves you to the next site. The more blogs you visit the more visitors your blog receives.

Another drawback to using traffic exchanges is many of them do not give you a one to one credit for viewing other blogs. Usually you would have to visit 20 sites to get 10 visits to your own site. Obviously this can be time consuming because you only get as much traffic as you care to visit. One way to optimize this type of time is to consider it research and see if there is anyway of linking to the blogs that you must visit. Many of these traffic exchanges also have surplus traffic that they will sell you for as little as a cent per visitor. This is how you can end up spending ten dollars to earn a thousand visitors. The problem is that these visitors are in no way targeted to your blog.

Eventually, most people begin to feel that it seems so pointless and they drop out and go try something else.

1. They don’t use their real page. Certainly, the occasional offer or web page is either so universal in topic or so tempting in some way or another that it does okay…at least for a while. However, think about it. After a while, you began to recognize many of the web pages you were shown…over and over. You even began to think to yourself, “There’s that one again.
