Can any body suggest me some innovative tips to increase the traffic of my website. my website ranks in 1st page in Google for all the good keywords… still it’s not getting traffic. I tried link exchange, forums, comments, free directories etc… can anyone please suggest me some good tips and ideas to really increase the traffic of my website.

Just your unique product that people are looking for and you have less competitors, or you sell fast and cheap, or you add an another product as a bonus.
And just your emotional content that provoke a desire in soul of visitors to buy. You do not need spam traffic . You need to address to a precise target. You need to develop a relationship with your visitors and potential clients.
However it take a time and an effort from your side. All depends of you. Blogging frequently may help. Forums so and so. Social network helps a lot but also this will takes time.
Finally, patience and perseverance is what I suggest you.
i built a web with a unique product that i know is very controversial. But I know that I am right. So I write articles during an year for the educational purpose only. After 10 months , people began to believe me and now I have the first fruit of my effort. I know that in the next year will be much better.

I have two websites that I am trying to promote, www.howland.ws and www.dennishowland.ws. In the past I had tried to sell items on ebay but was not making any money.
