There still are many good traffic exchange option online. But I suggest you join a manual traffic exchange with manual surfing. The term "Auto" speaks for it self. Members just open their browser and the surf page, keeps rotating sites without even having to see it. Auto Traffic Exchange, or auto surf sites are very ineffective. In the other hand manual traffic exchange, you have to actually look at the sites rotated and click on the page to get credits.
I personally think that traffic exchanges, are good for branding your sites or program and effective with join free sites.
But to make more of traffic exchange, I suggest that you use a catchy splash page with an optin form to build your contact list.
The negative part of traffic exchange, is that it can be time consuming. Therefore I also recommend that you look for traffic coop programs. You can just place your links and they will rotate it in numerous traffic exchanges, for an affordable price. You can even select the amount of visitors according to your budget and traffic needs. I added some of the most responsive traffic exchange and traffic coop sources I have used below. But you can also use yahoo search the keyword "traffic exchange" and you will find practically hundreds of programs. The best part is that most a free to join.

I live in Michigan and have driven multiple times to visit my boyfriend in Montreal. From personal experience, on the island itself right hand turns at red lights are illeagal and there are signs posting this as you cross into the city. Some of the lights when they turn green blink immediately and then change to solid green. Oh, and around here all the lights are hanging over the center of the intersection and most all there are on the corner so I tend to nearly miss them from time to time…
As likely with any metropolitan area there are a lot of one way streets downtown and in Old Port so be prepared for that and on these streets is parallel parking on either side sometimes. Trucks tend to park in either lane to unload, so keep an eye out! Bikers and pedestrians are crawling all over as well in the spring and summer…

to Google’s spamreport.com can result in the
elimination of your website from their search
directory.

abbreviate Los Angeles to "LA" and of course, leave
out the parentheses ("). It will bring up some 2.4
million+ search results. Check out where "Nazos.net"
is ranked. It’s on the FIRST FRONT PAGE [ranked #5]!
Again, Nazos.net’s high web presence was achieved by
proper web design and placement of relevant metatags
according to Google’s publication guidelines.
