If you are like most of people today, you have a busy life and don’t have time to spend hours a day building your Online Network Marketing business. I currently run my own business; manage a few companies and my investment portfolio. I am married and try to maintain a healthy physical and social life. If you are reading this, you probably have a similar story.

Following are 5 tips that you can use to build your business in an hour a day.

1) Have a clear specific goal- You must know what you want and how to get there. You must be clear about what it takes to get there. The most important is to have all these written down. Remember, clarity is power.

2) Learn from mentors who have done that- You save a lot of time learning from other’s experiences instead of your own mistakes. Spend sometime to find someone who you like to work with. You must like this person and feel comfortable with him or her. It is easy to work with someone who you believe and trust.

This person should have the skill and knowledge that you want to acquire. Your chosen mentor should have the willingness and ability to teach you.

3) Plan your day- I find this is very important for me especially I am really short of time. I will do the most important thing in the morning and be happy with the result that I achieve.

4) Leverage on generic lead generation system- I find a lot of people spends too much time on the technical aspects of coming up a lead generation system. In the market, there are many generic lead generation system which is very easy and simple to setup. There is no need to learn html code and how to setup website.

5) Focus on building up your list- This could be the most time consuming aspect of this business if you do not do it properly. You may want to come out some strategies to generate traffic to your leads capture page. Some of the strategies are pay per click advertising, article marketing, forum marketing etc.

You can even outsource all these marketing activities to third party and it could be very cost effective. It is important to take all these as an investment in your business rather than cost.

Use these tips and you will be on your way of building a successful business with a tight time budget

eMillions is a collection of interviews with 14 successful internet marketing millionaires by teenager Stanley Tang. And, unless you just stumbled on the internet in the last few minutes, you’ve already heard about this book and seen the free bonus offers. Here’s my personal take on this book.

Depending on which route you use to purchase eMillions, you may get $397 worth of free offers (if you buy it directly from Amazon) or several thousand dollars worth of free offers if you buy it through a bundled offer on the internet. Of course, there are thousands of dollars worth of additional offers designed to help you succeed at network marketing on the internet which will cost you, well, several thousand dollars.

Just remember, it’s up to you whether or not you choose to take advantage of up-sells in the internet world. If you’re short on cash, pass them by. You can always purchase them later, granted at a higher price, when you’ve got some cash flow going from your network marketing efforts.

First, I’m going to make a confession. I haven’t finished this book yet. I got it from Amazon a couple of days ago, and hadn’t had the opportunity to sit down and read it. In fact, if I hadn’t been in a car accident last night (car was totalled, but my son and I walked away fine except for some bruises and sore muscles - God is good!), I probably wouldn’t have taken the time to start reading it this morning. But, no transportation has given me limited options for the day.

So, why am I writing a review on a book I haven’t even finished reading yet? Because I think it’s that good! I just finished the interview with Jermaine Griggs, founder of HearandPlay.com. At 17, this kid turned $70 into a $3 million internet company. That’s pretty impressive by any standards.

But, what I really like is his attitude. He highly suggests looking for a niche in internet marketing that fits the four Ps: Passion, Patience, Progression and Positivity. His own personal niche is incredibly “limited” yet, he has made millions in it, and his business continues to thrive.

Jermaine is also impressive because he is not ashamed to state that he’s a Christian, and that he uses biblical principles in his internet marketing that have been a huge factor in his success.

If I had to sum up the interview with Jermaine, I would use one word — and it’s one of my favorites — PASSION. He was passionate about his dream of changing the lives and circumstances of his family. He is passionate about his particular niche. He is passionate about setting, focusing on and achieving goals — not just for his internet marketing business, but for his life in general.

Ask yourself if the actions you are taking are bringing you closer to or further from your goals of being a successful internet network marketer?

Jermaine (or any of the people interviewed in Stanley Tang’s book) didn’t just stumble upon success. They worked for it. They chose to devote their time and energy toward learning and doing whatever they could to succeed.

Now that you’ve finished reading this article, you have a choice: Are you going to take an action that takes you further away from your goal; or are you going to take a definite step in the direction of success in your internet network marketing business?

Building your network marketing business is very dependent on your ability to build a successful downline for yourself. If you cannot recruit network marketers under you, then you will not be a network marketer. Your downline is the structure, the framework of your entire network. Without it you will have no network.

These are 5 MLM marketing tips that will help you to succeed with your network recruiting methods.

1. You must be able to convey to people that the business and product line has great value. This will be the first thing on anyone’s mind. You must be able to show the prospects how valuable the products are above any others. Why the products are of high quality and what they offer to the market. Why the products create loyal customers and why the company is the best darn network marketing company that is in the industry.

The prospects will all be interested in the opportunity and compensation plans that company has to offer them, but above all, they want to know if the products the company markets are good. When you paint a picture of the the products being the best available and has a growing market, then you are doing your job.

2. Once you have sold the prospect on the product and company, you need to let them know that they have commitment and support from the company with regards to training.

No one wants to join a company only to find themselves left on their own. The new recruits need training in order to become solid network marketers. Many of the prospects you will be dealing with do not know the first thing about marketing and will be looking to you for starting things off on the right foot. It will be up to you as their sponsor, to ensure that you will be there for everyone you sign up. This is about being responsible and being a good sponsor.

3. Showing all of your recruits the different options of network marketing techniques that are available on the Internet and off the Internet.

There are many different options to network market with. It will be up to you to show the recruits what methods are available for them to choose from. Everyone is different. What works well for you might not be something that someone else is interested in duplicating. If you are open and honest, leaving the different options up to your downline, they will respect you for this. If you are not very familiar with a particular method of network marketing that a new recruit wants to investigate, let them know and find out how to do it.

4. Be confident with your prospects. As a sponsor, your downline will be looking to you for the emotional support they need. The best sponsors will always lead with instilling confidence in their downlines ability to do the best they can. Lead by example and the pack will follow you anywhere. When you are confident that your downline can succeed, then they will probably surprise you and be a success. If you are open and honest with everyone,  they will return the favor.

5. Wet your downline’s appetite from time to time. Whether it is a new sales contest or a company retreat or convention. When you find out about something on the horizon, teasing your downline with some anticipation for something great is invaluable. It will always create an air of excitement and motivate everyone for more sales.

These five tips will certainly help you get and keep a downline. Being a sponsor is wearing a few different hats sometimes, but will always pay off for you if you are honest and respectful to everyone around you that is depending on your lead.

Interested? By this you can make you big bucks and you can leave you current job within first 6 months? and so and so…..

What do you expect the prospect will say?

He will say either big a “NO” or “I will think over this” or “Send me the website, I will see” or “he will stop picking your call” etc

2. People always depends upon their UPLINE

Any Network Marketing opportunity you have joined is your own business, don’t always depend upon your Upline to talk to your prospects.

Why your prospect will join you? If you can’t not explain him the Business Plan/Products? So get yourself prepared for the Presentations, Business Plans,

Products, company backgrounds, other company business plans etc

Be an Independent Representative.

3. Buying Business Leads

This would work, but result again would be less than 5-10 %, Generate the Targeted Leads from your own is the best way to grow faster.

Remember Buying Leads would always be Generic. Less than 25% would be interested to listen you and out of those 25%, less than 5-10 % would be part of your

Business, and out of those there might be 1% (if you are lucky), who might be from MLM or Network Marketing background.

Also to buy such leads, don’t spend more than your earnings, Once in a while you can do that, but not always. Because without the profits no Business can

Survive for the long. Don’t be in Big LOSS.

4. Don’t marry.

Begin in love with the Business Plan and Products is a great idea.

Marrying is also good, but always open yourself towards the multiple stream of Income (like having few girl friends around), without money you can not

Survive, and for your main Business to grow you need Money for Books, Courses and Website, Lead capture page etc

5. Stop learning and start recruiting

A balance between both is very much important; concentration in only one side would kill the Business in the long term. So make it practice of doing both on the daily basis.

So you have decided that you are ready to move to being a home based business owner. Now the big question is how to go about picking the right network marketing business for you. With the thousands of opportunities out there the influx of information can become completely overwhelming. Below are seven things for you to keep in mind when looking for your home business.

) Is the home based business something you will enjoy? Sit down and write out what you would like to do if you had all of the free time and the money in the world. Then take that list and start searching. There are so many businesses out there- travel, health, candles, crafts, internet stores, and photography just to name a few. The absolute worst thing that you could do to yourself would be to get started in a business that you had no interest in at all. Think about that job that you hate going to but that you drag yourself to day after day. You want your business to be so exciting to you that you cannot wait to get started everyday.

2) How much does it cost and what is your return on investment? Let’s face it- when you are looking at a home based business you will be investing not only your time but your money. You can find network marketing businesses out there ranging from $50 to $20,000. Even at the high end they will still be thousands and thousands of dollars less than starting a traditional business such as a store or restaurant. Your budget is important but just as important is your return on investment. How many sales do you have to make to recoup your investment? How much money do you have to spend on a monthly basis? Does your team have to have a certain volume in order for you to get paid? What is the cost of day to day running of your business such as websites and advertising? All of these things come into play when looking at a home based business.

3) How do you sell your product? There are several ways that you can sell product in home businesses. The most popular are internet presentations, phone presentations, weekly meetings at hotels or conference rooms, home parties, and one on one meetings. All of them are very successful ways of promoting a business but some may not work for you.

4) Where is your level of drive, determination, and motivation? Anyone who tells you that starting a home based business requires no effort is flat out lying to you. While it may be simple it is not always easy. You MUST sit down and determine where you are in your desire to change your life. Do not “give it a try” or “just see if it works out”. If you do this you are dead in the water before you even start. If you have a hard time motivating yourself to get off the couch on a daily basis then a home based business may not be the one for you. If you know that you are sick and tired of being sick and tired and you are willing to be persistent, teachable, and positive then you can make it work.

5) How is the support system for your business? A great business will be one in which you have assistance on every level. There will be support calls or support numbers for you to call. You will have access to leaders on a daily basis. You will have a proven, easy to use marketing system at your fingertips. There will be lots of training to assist you in developing your business. Last but not least you will know that even if your sponsor is no longer in the business you will have no problems getting the assistance that is necessary for you to succeed.

6) Is the product you are selling something people are buying? In today’s economy people are slowly cutting things out of their budget as things get tighter and tighter in their household. Traditionally, home based businesses soar during times of recession as people begin looking for ways to make another income. In the past, when hard times hit, leisure are one of the last things to slow as people want to escape their realities. It has been shown that movie theaters, casinos, travel- all of the things that people think are fun- stay the same or grow even though common sense would dictate they would be smaller. Everyday staples seem to stay about the same and the items that get cut are those unnecessary items in between. Keep this in mind as you are searching your options.

7) Who are you running your business by before you get started? The following explanation may seem harsh but trust me, your friends and family may not have your best interests at heart. When looking for advice for your business don’t go to someone who is in the same broke position as you are. Find the most successful person you know, someone with vision, someone who is moving towards their goals and dreams. Then sit down with them, share your goals and dreams, and the business that you are looking at and get their true opinion. 98% of people are chasing after their tail and will still be doing the same thing ten years from now. You want the opinion of the 2% who aren’t.

You’ll also need to believe in the product you’re selling or you’ll have a hard time convincing people to buy. A product you’re enthusiastic about is going to be conveyed to customers as enthusiasm for your company. And it’s this enthusiasm that is going to convince a person that joining your network marketing team is a great idea filled with advantages such as working from home and earning a primary or second income.

Are you making excuses for why you can’t succeed at network marketing? Or are you taking advantage of every opportunity to be a successful internet entrepreneur?

Do any of these reasons sound familiar?

*It takes money to make money, and I don’t have any.
*I don’t have a big list, and don’t know how to develop one.
*I just don’t have the time to devote to this that they have.

While success is largely dependent upon the individual in almost every endeavor, I don’t know of any arena in which it is more apparent than internet network marketing. There are lots of success stories of people who started out with nothing and built multi-million dollar businesses seemingly overnight.

What is the secret to their success? Without exception, they wanted to succeed more than anything and were persistent, and willing to pay the price in order to build their network marketing business over the internet. They all had the standard laundry list of reasons why they couldn’t succeed. But,they didn’t make excuses, they took risks, and they kept at it until they made it.

How badly do you want to succeed at internet marketing? I have been battling my internet service provider for months, dealing with spotty service at best, and sometimes non-existent service for weeks. I sometimes have to drive to town to get a connection.

Saturday, no one would have blamed me if I just stayed in bed. You see, I was in a car accident the night before. My car was totaled, but my son and I walked away from it — bruised, sore, but thankful that we have a covenant of protection with the almighty God. Rather than spend the day in bed, I’m taking advantage of not being able to do anything else to work on my business.

Even without an internet connection (yes, it’s down even as I type), I can still do something to build my network marketing business. I can compose articles, write emails to send later, and work on website content. When my connection is restored, or I can get a ride into town, I’ll be able to plug this new information into my network marketing machine to increase traffic, leads and sales in my business.

Don’t get me wrong, I’m not telling you this so that you’ll pat me on the back and say, “Wow! You’re dedicated!” Instead, I want you to examine your own circumstances and see where you are allowing them to hold you back.

*If you don’t have money, there are ways of generating an income that won’t cost you a penny.
*If you don’t have a contact list, you can generate free leads in just a few days.
*If you don’t have the time, you’re just wasting mine. You can find the time to do what’s really important.

The key point in a social networking site is that people enjoy building relationships within a community of other people with similar interests and opinions. The networking aspect comes into play because you can recommend products or opportunities that you are involved in a natural way. This does take some work on your part by getting to know people and developing relationships with them. There is no sense trying to join a social networking site strictly for the purpose of building your business, because you will come across as a phony.

The Internet continues to move at almost lightning speed. Tomorrow there will be new innovations that will even help take your MLM business to heights you never imagined possible.

After reading the previous 5 articles in this series, you’ve decided that network marketing is for you. You’ve identified an industry you’re interested in and a company you’d feel comfortable representing. The next step is to seek out a suitable business sponsor so you can begin building an organization of your own. Frequently, people join a network marketing organization because someone they know introduced them to the business. If your only criteria for joining a network marketing organization is because an acquaintance initially brought the opportunity to your attention, you may be putting yourself at a serious disadvantage from the get go.

I know, I know - how can you possibly join an MLM organization under somebody else when it was your own acquaintance who introduced you to the possibilities in the first place? This is a tough one and I’m afraid I don’t have a cut and dry answer for you. But, I would recommend that you still ask the necessary questions (as outlined below) to determine that your potential business sponsor and partner is as serious as you are about building a strong business. After all, if you’ll be building a business with anyone - regardless of whom that anyone is - you have the right to ask the questions that are important to you.

Firstly, you have to understand that effective marketing and prospecting are critical to building a successful MLM business. In large part, it is your sponsor’s responsibility to help you with your business building efforts. Your sponsor should have a system in place they’ve been using to build their business. And, more importantly, the system is one that you should be able to use and one that you can pass on down to the people you’ll be recruiting. Duplication of a successful system is the name of the game here. And I’m talking about a real business system, not merely busy activities which masquerade as a system.

For example, many people in network marketing today are still stuck on the old school methods of prospecting and recruiting. And, it’s these archaic methods they’ll pass along to their downline. These methods might include posting fliers all over telephone poles throughout the neighborhood, handing out business cards to strangers in front of a shopping mall or wearing silly buttons that say “Ask me how to make money and lose weight”. Does this sound like a serious business system to you? Is this the system you’d want to follow to start a business? Are these methods really even a system at all? Even if you were open to following these types of business building methods, you will not be able to find too many other people who would be. All this stuff is hardly a serious business system.

I can recall a time about 5 or 6 years ago, I was home on a Saturday afternoon working around the house when there was a knock at the door. I answered the door to find a young man standing there wearing a silly button on his shirt who proceeded to tell me about the business he had just gotten involved in. I didn’t want to be rude but I did chase him away after a few minutes as I wanted to get back to what I was doing. But I remember that day vividly. I remember thinking about the futility of his “business building” efforts. Blindly knocking on doors throughout a neighborhood is a one way street to massive amounts of rejection and lost time. Was this the duplicatible system that was passed on to him from his upline sponsor? If so, he obviously got into business with the wrong sponsor.

The above story is a clear illustration of the sort of prospecting methods you want to try and avoid. Blindly calling on and prospecting strangers is a very tough way to build a business. You can avoid this from happening by asking some direct questions of your potential upline sponsor. Here are my suggestions…

What strategies have you been using to build your business? Listen very closely to the answer. Whatever it is they’ve been doing is what they’ll be recommending for you. If their methods resonate with you and it sounds like something you’re comfortable with then great, go with it.

What has been your single most successful business building strategy? Everybody has their ace in the hole. What is theirs and does it sound like a winning strategy to you?

Do you have any new strategies you’re working on to build your business? The answer to this question will give you an indication of how innovative your potential sponsor is. You want to work with a progressive thinker. Business can change rapidly so you want someone who can keep up or even stay a step ahead.

What will be your availability to help me build my business? It will be your sponsor’s responsibility to provide you the support you need to build a business. Make sure they will provide you the necessary guidance.

What have been the biggest mistakes you’ve made in building your business? Making mistakes is an important part of building any kind of a business. It’s OK to make mistakes. It’s NOT OK to make mistakes if you don’t learn any lessons from them. You will make your own mistake but at least you can learn what not to do from others.

This is the sixth in a series of articles on the MLM / social marketing / network marketing industry. In the next article I’ll give you some ideas on the questions you’d want to ask of your potential downline business partners. Your business partners, on many levels, are even more important than the company you get involved with.

So, how do you attract people into your network marketing business? That’s a question that’s usually asked when you want to really grow your MLM and network marketing business, outside of family and friends. The funny thing is, I asked myself that question many times when I finally decided to step up and grow my network marketing business into a 6-figure enterprise.

I remember talking to hundreds of people. I was telling them about the product, compensation plan, the opportunity, and everything else I thought was amazing about my company. I was really being a hunter. I wasn’t getting any results. And I got tired of hearing ‘no’. That’s when I realize I was being a hunter, instead of being the ‘hunted’. Which is one secret to attracting people into your network marketing business. You have to be the ‘hunted’.

When you understand how to do this, you will have people calling you, wanting to join your business. That’s a huge difference than what you will be use to. You won’t have to hear “no, I’m not interested” anymore. People will seek you out, calling you, with credit card in hand. It’s such a wonderful feeling.

The second secret to attracting people into your network marketing business is having a magnetic personality. Simply put, it’s what all top money makers in your company demonstrate. They seem to have an effect on people. They are passionate, caring, and confident. People are attracted to them. They understand the power of this concept and profit from it.

When you are passionate, caring, and confident, it radiates off you. People are able to sense it. This is what makes growing a network marketing business easy. People are attracted to you like a magnet. When you experience this, it’s absolutely incredible.

Does this mean you have to sign up anybody who shows interest. Of course not. You know the tire kickers who don’t want to work? Well, you don’t have to worry about them anymore. You will not only be able to attract customers, who will bring you residual income month after month, year after year. But you will also be able to attract business builders. People who will help you grow a huge organization in your network marketing business. You choose who you want to sign up, who you want to work with, and who you want to help. It’s just that simple.

Now that you know how to attract people into your network marketing business, go out there and grow your business.
