Here is a blog post on marketing tools, http://thewebsriches.com/make-money-affiliate-marketing/affiliate-marketing-tools. It has a section on email marketing software and a list of reputable software. Without looking at it, the best email marketing software is probably http://www.aweber.com, but the best comes at a price.

hi,I want a software to get the email address of the website automatically .
such as seach by key words ‘outdoor sports’ , I want the email addresses are listed along with the searching results.
Please give me some leads.thank you

It’s called email harvesting and I don’t think it’s legal. Any emails you send from a harvested list is classified as spam. You’ll get in trouble.

I send bulk emails to market my products two days ago, and today I received an email from my bulk emails. The email said my mail is spam and ask to be removed from my email list. What should I do? I am asking for a marketing advice.

In the hope that someday that customer may contact you the least you can do is remove them from the list now>

I’m having such a hard time getting myself to put together a website for my small business. Luckily, I’ve been getting decent work without it. But, of course, I would get more work if I got my ducks in order, so to speak, by putting together a website & marketing myself on the web. I just feel frozen everytime I start looking at those online web builder sites. I feel like there is so much I have to tackle. Partly cuz I’m a perfectionist and I don’t want to do a bad job. Partly it’s cuz in my mind, it seems so stressful to do something like that. I get around fine on the internet like doing research, going on community boards like this, email and fun games and such. But, the idea of getting a website together just gives me a knot in my stomach like in college when I had to do a huge final project or the like. UGH! Please help! Any kind suggestions would be appreciated. TY!
Also, I would really like to do this on my own. Something using templates & generic looking are ok with me as long as I get the job done. Thanks!

Rule #1 for avoiding getting overwhelmed: Start small and simple. I’d suggest building a single-page starter page as the first step.

You can put a banner across the top of the page with your company logo and company name. (If you have a company slogan or tag-line, that would be a good place to put it.)

Under that, a few paragraphs could be used to introduce yourself and your business.

At the bottom, you can list your contact information (address, phone, and email address).

Once that’s up, you start thinking about the next steps. What you put up will vary widely across different types of businesses.

Do people come to your business location? If so, a map page showing your business location might be good to have. Listing your hours would be good to do here as well.

Do you have past (and current) customer testimonials? That would be another good page to have.

Do you have photos of previous work that you’ve done? A photo page would be ideal for showing off your completed projects.

When you’ve decided what pages you’d like to add to your site and built each of those pages, you can slide a set of links for navigating to them right under the banner at the top of the home page.

The key is not to try to do everything at one shot as that can become truly overwhelming.

Hi,
Knowing that through the internet I am able to reach an unlimited audience who might be interested in something that I do for business, I would like to kindly ask anybody of genuine and experienced internet marketing experts (gurus) or webmasters to effectively advise me how to set up such an opt-in list generator bearing in mind that I do not have any website but only an ordinary work engagement along with some ideas which I am very enthusiastic and ambitious to develop and expand through a successful online set up that will initially not cost me any investment.

In advance Many Thanks.

you can get free web space at windows live spaces or myspace to get started and i would also suggest a gmail account for email because you get lots of space and other functions like search and filters etc.

I’m looking for corporate concierges in office buildings throughout Downtown, Los Angeles. Anyone know where I can find a list with the Concierge Names and contact information?

A real estate agent serving that area should have the list, you should contact one operating in that area.

Well, let’s be clear on affordable. How many people do you want to reach? Are you looking to use this as a sole-method of promoting your product? People read emails when they are receiving them from trusted sources or are interested in the subject matter. Are you aware that the open rate for email marketing is approximately 2% at best? If you have a budget in mind then then start from there. I will not quote you on any price because that is entirely up to the list that is purchased. Open rates are very dependent on Subject Lines. You can read about good subject lines on Ivan Levison’s article "Email Copy Writing" site below.

I have no idea where to start as far as that goes. I have a small product and know how to market. Now, say for instance, I started a company called organixbeauty and I sold organic make up that I make home-made.

Let’s pretend I want to protect that name and reserve it all over the web. So I do what I can…I sign up on myspace, twitter, youtube…make the email accounts, etc. But how do I protect that and keep others from copying/stealing/or using my formulas/ingredients?

I’m just a nursing student who wants to make a few extra bucks to help pay tuition, so it’s nothing serious..but I would hate for the idea to fly and someone pulls the rug beneath me. What can I do? How much will it cost? How do I go about this?

I hear about LLC, Trademark, Copyright, etc….it makes my head spin haha :)
You should really make live contact with an attorney for this.

HOWEVER… do your homework online 1st or you will pay someone for the time that it takes to explain everything to you. And its not that easy to comprehend all at once, unless you connect with someone that gives it to you in plain english, without leaving out pertinent things you may need to know, but also not boring you with things that will not pertain to you, which is rare… and remember you are still paying for the time, whether its on the phone or in the office.

As you schedule an appointment, it is best to befriend the receptionist as they can usually help you by answering simple questions and giving you cues as to what to expect.

When you walk in the attorney’s office you should have a pen and pad in front of you with all the questions you need to ask AND all the things the attorney will need to know about you. (Ask if you can fax this list, or drop it by their office ahead of time… the attorney will have a minute to go over it just before you walk into the office, therefore making things go much smoother and faster) Such as: Will you be owning the company alone or is it a joint venture? (This determines whether you are looking into a sole proprietorship, joint venture LLC, etc) About how much do you plan to gross a year (You are selling balloons and you are selling them for $1 each. You think you will sell about 12,000 in a year… thus your gross would be $12,000) Will it be something that would mean you want to leave your personal property out of the equation? (So you cannot be sued for anything other than what is used for your company, thus a corporation)

I do know that you can get a patent to protect your rights. For now, write everything down (take pictures if necessary) and conceal this list with any pictures needed, in an envelope addressed to yourself. Seal the package with tape and X’s to make it tamper proof (the X should start above the tape and run all the way to the bottom of the tape with a small overlap onto the envelope above and below the tape). Mail it to yourself through the US Post Office to get the date postmarked on the envelope. DO NOT OPEN IT! The sealed envelope will give a starting date for when you protected your products!

I hope this helps!

I have a small list of emails of people who are interested. I would like to increase my list.

Are you looking to improve your current email marketing? Or increase you email list? Looks like two questions.

To increase your email marketing list, include a link to a web form on your postal mail piece directing the consumers to visit that site and register for any number of reasons (sign up to receive special offers, sign up for our email newsletter, sign up for acces to XXX, etc). Once they register, they are providing you with their email address so the email is can spam compliant.
