Keyword Research Leads to Sales
When someone wants to purchase an item online, they typically
do three types of research. Most people start with very broad
or general
keywords. Once
educated on the product or service, they use a narrower group
of comparative
keyword s or a
keyword phrase. Then typically they will do a
search for an exact phrase.
For that reason,
keywords can be
divided into three
types:
Broad Keywords 1-2 words
Comparative Keyword phrase 2-3 words
Products Specific keyword phrase 4+ keywords
Here is an example:
Search one
Fender Stratocaster
This search would be done to collect information
Next they may search for
Red Fender Stratocaster
From this group of information they will pick a specific
model
1967 Burgundy Red Fender Stratocaster
Once a web surfer goes to the extent they are usually ready to
make a purchase and are shopping for the best
source.
So if you take the time figure out what people are buying and
then build product blog with the title of the items people are
buying you will have more success.
